Having previously been a pilot with Virgin Australia, Warwick was responsible for establishing the VIPA Loss of Licence Fund (VLF). With a legal and project management background, Warwick now reports to the VIPA Executive and is hands on with the day to day management of the Association.

Aroha was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Western Australia in 2005 and spent the past ten years in private practice working in employment, industrial and equal opportunity law as well as general civil and inheritance litigation.  She has worked in rural and metropolitan WA, Canada and in 2014 made the move to sunny Brisbane.

Prior to joining VIPA, Aroha worked for a number of unions including United Voice, the WA Prison Officers’ Union and the United Fire Fighters’ Union of Western Australia.

Ed joined VIPA in July 2012 following seven years working as an industrial relations adviser across a range of industries, including logistics, manufacturing and hospitality.  His role at VIPA is to provide industrial advice and guidance to VIPA members regarding all aspects of their employment, to foster and grow our membership base, manage our communications and assist the Executive.

Ed is delighted to be part of the VIPA team, and the opportunity to assist in the growth and positioning of VIPA through the expansion of its membership.
